We also prioritize hand-picking, as well as imperial plucking, to ensure the quality of our 100% French-made teas. Traditionally reserved for preparing teas for high-ranking dignitaries during the Chinese dynasties, imperial plucking involves only harvesting the bud and the first leaf. This ancient method preserves all the tea’s properties, resulting in cups with remarkable flavor richness.
